Full Job Description
We're searching for a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable. Are you searching for new possibilities?

Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is growing and has a new opportunity for a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable in Surrey, BC at our Head Office. This is a hybrid role, however we are open to remote candidates anywhere in Canada.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $71,200 to $89,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for the supervision and handling of all client-related payments nationally across Westland, including in branch payments, electronic payments, financing payments, etc. as well as commissions received by Insurance Companies. You will also assist in monitoring accounts receivable aging across all business units, reviewing areas of concern where necessary and working with business units to improve aging ratios.

You will be a key contributor and stakeholder in the ongoing development and implementation of the accounting systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and participating as lead on projects to increase accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the Accounts Receivable process.
