The salary range for the position is $80,000 - $93,000.How will you make a difference @ FARO Creaform: - Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable team to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations
- Coach, support, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Oversee invoice processing, vendor account reconciliations, and payment requests while ensuring adherence to established deadlines
- Review and approve payment runs, ensuring the accuracy of transactions and alignment with cash management objectives
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies, invoice issues, and escalated concerns
- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including account analysis, accruals, and reconciliations related to accounts payable
- Establish, monitor, and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements
- Analyze departmental performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and implementing corrective actions when required
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation projects, and enhancements to financial systems and ERP tools used across FARO CREAFORM's global operations.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
What will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and ERP systems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
