Job Overview

What You'll Do

Provide skilled physical therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs in home and community settings.
Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals.
Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Maintain clear and timely documentation.
Supervise assistants when needed.
