Full Job Description
As the Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist you will be responsible for leading a team of Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians that ensure the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medications. Ensure consistency in execution across team by holding team members accountable for following established policies. You will provide daily oversight to associates. The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist works with detailed, prescribed guidelines and procedures in a state-of-the-art Pharmacy dispensing center.

The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist ensures adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques, and a review process before shipping medications to patients. Decisions are typically related to schedule, plans, and daily operations. You will use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborate with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques and data analytical approaches.

You will report to the Manager, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Active Pharmacist license from the Florida Board of Pharmacy
  • Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs
  • Minimum of one-year of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager or any leadership position with direct reports)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational, problem solving and effective time management skills
  • Must be able to work onsite at 11010 Florida Crown Dr, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32824 Monday- Friday with shifts to be determined

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with conveyance systems
  • Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Work Hours: 8-hour shift Monday-Friday with shifts to be determined based on business need

  • Overtime (Can include weekends-Saturday and/or Sunday) based on business needs

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$126,300 - $173,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
