- Safety & Compliance - Promote and uphold HSE standards with a focus on confined space entry, fall protection, trench safety, and traffic control. Work alongside the Safety Advisor during regular site visits to keep crews supported and address any concerns early.
- Traffic & Public Interface - Where work takes place on active roadways, coordinate with traffic control providers and ensure adherence to traffic accommodation plans and public safety requirements.
- Project Communication & Coordination - Serve as the primary connection between project management and field teams, ensuring clear communication of project plans, timelines, and objectives.
- Project Risk & Coordination - Collaborate with project managers to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies that maintain safety, quality, and schedule.
- Stakeholder Relationships - Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly to support project success.
