Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of short- and long-term maintenance activities across designated FSR segments and site auxiliary roads.
Ensure road safety and compliance with provincial legislation, including the Forest and Range Practices Act, FPPR, and Transport Canada Grade Crossing Standards.
Serve as the Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP) for BW Gold's Road Use Permit, in accordance with EGBC and FPBC guidelines.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Road Maintenance Plan, including inspection schedules and documentation protocols.
Oversee road maintenance contracts and ensure quality control across all road-related activities. FSR and site auxiliary roads.

Coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient road work.
Facilitate cost-sharing agreements with other road users and manage road-related budgets.
