SuperintendentKnight Commercial is seeking an extremely experienced and highly qualified Commercial Construction Superintendent with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. The qualified candidate will have direct experience managing commercial construction projects with multiple teams.
Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, and materials
- Review, interpret, and work from construction plans and drawings
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and on-site teams
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination and installation
Qualifications- Must reside in the Tampa area and be willing to travel nationwide up to 90% of the time
- Minimum 5 years of documented experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Strong background in ground-up industrial and commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Solid understanding of MEP systems
