This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving problems, and ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly. You'll serve as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with customers, contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
  • Take full ownership of commercial kitchen installation projects from kickoff through final completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, architects, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee project progress, identify potential challenges, and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate equipment production, deliveries, installation schedules, and start-ups.
  • Manage submittals, approvals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Conduct site visits, field measurements, and job walks to ensure project requirements are being met.
  • Coordinate inspections, including FDNY inspections when required.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and project partners throughout the entire project.
  • Ensure all projects are completed with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Experience overseeing projects with multiple trades, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and project coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Commercial kitchen experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Outlook, and construction management software preferred.
