We do the right thing. We find a way. We care.What You'll Do- Lead all field operations from preconstruction through closeout
- Build and maintain safe, high-performing jobsites where safety is never compromised
- Develop and manage project schedules, including short-interval planning
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors and field teams
- Drive quality, production, sequencing, and daily execution
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and trade partners
- Anticipate and resolve field challenges proactively and professionally
- Manage labor, equipment, and material performance to achieve project goals
- Mentor and develop other Superintendents and field staff
- Represent Pepper with professionalism and integrity on every project
What We're Looking For- Proven experience leading commercial construction projects in the field
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and safety practices
- Ability to lead teams, build trust, and hold high standards
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing projects approximately $10M+ preferred
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent field experience preferred
- Senior Superintendent candidates typically bring 15+ years of progressively responsible field leadership experience
