Role Overview:The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end project implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and S/4HANA HR/Payroll related components.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute project-based implementations, ensuring delivery of all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement workshops, finalize solution design, and prepare blueprint documentation.
- Perform system configuration, build, testing, and integration setup for EC, ECP, and S/4HANA.
- Own and execute the integration implementation, including design, mapping, testing, and issue resolution.
- Drive data migration throughout the project: data collection, mapping, mock loads, data validation, and final cutover load.
Required Skills:- Strong end-to-end project implementation experience in EC, ECP, and S/4HANA HR/Payroll related components.
- Proven experience implementing integrations between EC, ECP, and S/4HANA.
- Deep functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time, and organizational structures.
- Strong experience in data migration and conversion activities (mapping, transformation, validation).
- Ability to interpret business processes and translate them into implementation-ready functional designs.
Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience in implementing EC, ECP, and S/4HANA HR/Payroll related components.
Preferred Skills:- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead workshops and drive project discussions.
- Proven ability to work in a project delivery environment with deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Strong documentation and planning skills for managing project tasks and dependencies.
- Ability to independently manage workstreams, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience leading consultants or guiding junior team members during implementation phases.
