Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end project implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and S/4HANA HR/Payroll related components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute project-based implementations, ensuring delivery of all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, finalize solution design, and prepare blueprint documentation.
  • Perform system configuration, build, testing, and integration setup for EC, ECP, and S/4HANA.
  • Own and execute the integration implementation, including design, mapping, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Drive data migration throughout the project: data collection, mapping, mock loads, data validation, and final cutover load.

Required Skills:
  • Strong end-to-end project implementation experience in EC, ECP, and S/4HANA HR/Payroll related components.
  • Proven experience implementing integrations between EC, ECP, and S/4HANA.
