Full Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Subcontracts Expeditor to join our team in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day status of open subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of performance, and verify that all transactions meet established SOPs and legal requirements.
  • Monitor supply chain risks and coordinate with vendors to ensure the delivery of essential supplies for organizational operations.
  • Drafts and maintains subcontract expediting documentation for Special Operations infrastructure in the Pacific.
  • Prepare procurement artifacts for senior review and monitor the status of ongoing actions at regional mission-support sites.
  • Assist in identifying procurement gaps and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness and mission-essential functions.
  • Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft technical subcontract documentation and follow established SOPs.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • NCMA certification or a related certification.
  • Experience using automated procurement management systems (e.g., GFEBS or WAWF).


Clearance Requirement:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance


Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $63,800.00-$105,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
