Subcontracts Administrator, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a Subcontracts Administrator, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your subcontract management knowledge to our Space and Military Intel team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable collaborator who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company. 

On our team, you’ll use your subcontracts administration, procurement, and proposal experience to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies as it relates to Booz Allen's subcontractors and suppliers. As a trusted business partner, you’ll negotiate and administer subcontracts in support of various U.S. government customers across a breadth of prime contract types. You’ll also use your negotiation, price analysis, FAR, and finance skills to support the mission.

You Have:

  • Experience in contract administration, negotiations, or proposal preparation

  • Experience supporting proposals in a demanding and fast-paced environment for Defense, National Security, and Civil federal acquisitions

  • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs), General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), or IDIQ vehicles

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience evaluating software license agreements to ensure conformance with federal regulations, including GSAM or GSAR

  • Experience providing instruction about contract requirements and procurement processes

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on demand of requirements or workload

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
