Who You Are Subcontract Program Management, Senior Staff
What You Will Be Doing Liaison between Global Supply Chain and Industrial Development and Aeronautics Business Development and Strategic Planning (ASBD). Develops Globalization strategies for buying teams to execute with international suppliers to enable the sell of Lockheed Martin products and ensure Lockheed Martin meets our industrial obligations. This individual will collaborate with the Global Supply chain leadership to ensure alignment of the strategies regarding subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. Manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements that are levied on the indigenous project and is required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system through transition to execution. Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall international program capture needs, execution, and risk management. Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office through the development phase to subcontract execution. Responsible for and directs all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions associated with international offerings from program startup to subcontract execution. Makes informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor. Establishes milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. Leads a cross-functional team, normally composed of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel, to ensure successful subcontract execution and program delivery.

Basic Qualifications- A Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university
- Experience in international supply chain and strategy development
- Practical application of Export/Import Compliance knowledge
- Experience with Program or Project Management
- Demonstrated executive presence and presentation and influecer skills set to include written/verbal communications (functional spokesperson)
- Change Management and Communications experience
- Problem Solving experience to include Root Cause Corrective Action
Desired Skills• Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
• Working knowledge of the Department of Defense Acquisition Lifecycle value stream to understand possible solutions to ensure compliant execution of globalization and resiliency projects.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
