Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS subcontracts.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams and overseeing procurement activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex subcontracts.
- Lead development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
- Negotiate subcontract provisions, select subcontractors, and administer awards.
- Oversee change activity and maintain procurement delegation authority.
Basic QualificationsExperience placing and managing fast paced subcontracts
Leading cross-functional program teams in supplier management process
Knowledge and experience with FAR / DFAR contracts
Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills and presentation skills
Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions Self-motivated, ownership of tasks and accountable
Desired SkillsAbility to obtain DOD Secret Clearance
Supplier identification experience
Experience with firm fixed price and cost type contracts

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
