Job DescriptionPosition Title: Subregional Head of Quality Management - Western Region
Location: Santa Clara, CA Your role You will be responsible for overseeing and driving quality, compliance, and audit activities across assigned data centers within the sub-region, operating under Global Compliance governance. This role ensures operational compliance, effective risk management, accurate reporting, and successful implementation of global compliance programs while partnering closely with operations, regional leadership, and site teams.
What you'll do - Execute quality management responsibilities in alignment with Global Compliance leadership, programs, and initiatives
- Ensure on-time completion and submission of audits, risk assessments, security assessments, access reviews, and stakeholder evidence
- Conduct internal audits to assess operational compliance at the data center level
- Report nonconformances and compliance status through effective subregional reporting
- Manage corrective actions, coordinating remediation with stakeholders through closure
- Drive timely, complete, and accurate evidence delivery for external audits in line with global schedules
- Support implementation of global compliance programs including information security, business continuity, energy, environmental, and regulatory frameworks
- Monitor legal compliance, communicate regulatory changes, and conduct annual legal audits within the sub-region
- Review business continuity plans and coordinate testing exercises to enhance operational preparedness
- Engage regularly with operations leadership through site visits and collaboration with local teams
What you'll need- Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality Manager or similar role
- Experience in a quality leadership role within an industrial or critical environment (preferred)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills across management levels
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proven ability to influence and motivate stakeholders to achieve compliance objectives
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel

Moreover, an employee's total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.
Compensation range: $120,000 - $165,000 annually. This compensation range represents the Company's good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
