Responsibilities

  • Lead the Healthcare Studio in Charlotte as part of the firm-wide Corporate Leadership team.

  • Oversee the operations and performance of the Healthcare Studio with support from other regional studios.
  • Maintain autonomy and full responsibility for the Studio’s direction and projects.
  • Leverage in-house resources from a large, established firm to enhance project offerings.

Studio Principal with a positive, collaborative work style, who will lead a team of architects, planners and designers to develop and grow our Healthcare Studio in Charlotte, NC.

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
  • Registered Architect.
  • 10+ years of experience in the healthcare architecture & design industry.

  • Experience as an account or client manager, including financial management.
  • Strong experience with Business development.
  • You have managed a team of people.
