Description

Jackola Engineering & Architecture is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Vancouver, Washington branch as both Studio Lead and Branch Manager. This unique role blends operational oversight, project management, client engagement, and strategic marketing. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams, drive business growth, and foster community relationships to position Jackola for continued success.

As the principal leader for the studio and branch, you'll ensure project excellence, profitability, and positive client experience. You'll also champion local marketing initiatives, develop staff, and coordinate with other leaders to maximize opportunities and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee branch operations, studio workload, and project delivery to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across the studio.
  • Lead weekly planning and coordination meetings with project managers and supervising professionals.
  • Mentor and develop design professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Guide initial project scoping, fee proposals, contracts, and client interactions.
  • Resolve operational, project, and technical issues within the studio and branch.
  • Coordinate with other Studio Leads and the corporate office for staffing, administrative support, and business development.
  • Develop and execute local strategic marketing plans, including community engagement planning and brand awareness.
  • Train and support staff in marketing and client relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with Corporate leadership for smooth coordinated operations and marketing efforts.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in people in managing people.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; prior experience in office operations.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with multi-discipline projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation abilities.
  • Excellent communication, people skills, and emotional intelligence.
