Join a dynamic team responsible for administering complex structured finance transactions and supporting functions that enable client utilization of Pivot Cash Management (PCM) and other digital transmission methods for client-directed ad hoc payments. Deal support functions include oversight of an assigned portfolio of RMBS and ABS accounts, serving as a central point of contact between clients, deal parties, industry participants, and internal partners to ensure transactions are administered in accordance with governing agreements, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Core responsibilities of PCM enablement include:
- Providing centralized processing of Pivot Cash Management user setups
- Serving as a SME for PCM functionality, including support of AAs and CMs with complex or non-standard client inquiries and issues
- Delivering internal and targeted client education activities to promote adoption and effective utilization of PCM capabilities
- Tracking client adoption progress and driving further conversion opportunities
- Compiling internal and client feedback of PCM functionality to inform system and process enhancements
- Participating in the development, deployment, utilization and support of additional digital transmission capabilities, including SWIFT, sFTP and Corporate Connect
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Considerable knowledge of structured finance transactions, investments, accounting principles, and loan servicing operations
- Ability to interpret transaction documents
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed ability to create spreadsheets for simple cash flow calculations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- - Experience with Bondmaster, SEI and Access Control Server (ACS) preferred
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
