Your opportunities

Stantec is offering you a great opportunity to join the telecommunications structures team in a key role based in Montreal, Laval, or Longueuil, working on-site or in a hybrid mode. As a Telecommunications Structures Team Leader, you will be responsible for the technical and operational management of a specialized team, while actively contributing to the completion of varied and complex projects. You will work on different types of structures, mainly steel, including towers (self-supporting, guyed, and tubular), masts, structures installed on building roofs, power transmission towers, water tanks, and other special structures.

Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, specializing in structures;
  • 10 years of experience in the analysis and design of telecommunications structures/steel frames;
  • Member of the OIQ;
  • Knowledge of TS Tower software (a significant asset);
  • Excellent ability to work in a team;
  • Plan work to meet deadlines and expected project performance targets.
  • Good command of spoken and written French. Knowledge of English is an asset to facilitate collaboration with our internal teams outside Quebec or with clients.
