Job Description:The Position: This role involves overseeing, directing and executing structural engineering designs and permitting efforts for a range of commercial and industrial sector projects.

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience with structural concrete, steel and retaining structure rehabilitation design.
- Professional Engineering licensure.
- Proficiency in industry standard structural analysis and building code analysis.
- Deep understanding of building construction techniques and experience with structural framing systems.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, external partners, and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of business objectives, financial management and market dynamics.
- Collaborative and supportive personal communication style.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building and mentoring teams of high performing technical people.
- Ability to cultivate a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
