Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure successful project completion
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring their professional growth and development
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and identify potential issues
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specification
Qualifications/Competencies:- 4 years of experience in structural engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis software and design codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Experience in the Business Services industry
- Experience with BIM software
- Experience with seismic design and analysis
- Experience with project management
- Specialization in materials engineering, structural engineering, or construction engineering is plus
