Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• 0+ years of experience (Engineer I) or 2-5+ years of experience (Engineer II)
• Design experience or relevant coursework in structural steel and/or concrete design
• EIT certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in software including AutoCAD, RISA-3D, STAAD Pro, Mathcad, L-Pile, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Excel
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASCE 7, IBC, AISC, and ACI

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering analysis and coordinate detailed design for steel, concrete, and foundation systems
• Develop structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports
• Apply applicable codes and standards, coordinating designs with other disciplines
• Assist senior engineers on large facility projects
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support during construction phase
• Expect minimal field time or travel, which may be necessary occasionally
