What You Will Do:
  • Support senior Government leaders in establishing and maturing a Program Executive Office (PEO) responsible for advancing mission-critical GEOINT capabilities.
  • Develop executive-ready briefings, communications products, decision papers, governance artifacts, and strategic planning materials.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagements, governance forums, and working groups to drive alignment and execution across organizations.
  • Support acquisition planning, technology modernization efforts, capability roadmaps, and portfolio management activities.
  • Lead process improvement efforts through workflow analysis, SOP development, organizational assessments, and implementation planning.
  • Partner with data, analytics, and technical teams to support AI-enabled and data-driven decision-making initiatives.


What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance; once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • TWO (2) or more years' experience supporting strategy, transformation, acquisition, program management, organizational development, or mission support functions within Government environments preferably to DoD or Intelligence Community organizations
  • ONE (1) or more years' with data analytics, digital modernization, or technology transformation initiatives


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Experience supporting NGA, Intelligence Community, DoD, acquisition, or mission-focused organizations
  • Experience supporting Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Program Management Offices (PMOs), or enterprise modernization initiatives
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks, operating models, business process improvement methodologies, and organizational design principles
  • Experience developing capability roadmaps, implementation plans, acquisition strategies, or technology modernization products
  • Executive-ready communication skills with demonstrated experience in facilitation, strategic messaging, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proactive, self-directed, and immediately productive in ambiguous and evolving mission environments
  • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, governance forums, or working groups in complex organizations
