About You:- Experienced consultant in the healthcare environment with a proven track record of solving complex problems
- Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, and Value Analysis required.
- Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing
- Designer and executer of data analytics. You conceive new data analysis methods, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams
- Collaborative leader who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions
- Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level.
- Familiarity with Clinical Strategic Sourcing including Physician Preference Items within the operating rooms, and/or cardiac catheterization lab is a plus.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Able to travel 80% of the time
- Authorized to work in the US
