Full Job Description
The role:

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll report directly to the Director of Strategy & Operations and work across everything from go-to-market operations to automation to ad hoc strategic initiatives. This is a high-ownership role from day one. You'll own key workstreams and systems, bring your own ideas, and help build and optimize the infrastructure behind Coram's go-to-market engine.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement processes and systems that help the GTM org run faster
  • Build lightweight AI agents and automations that reduce manual work across the revenue team
  • Own discrete projects and workstreams from framing through execution
  • Partner with GTM leadership to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership


Skills and qualifications:
  • 3-7 years in strategy & operations, revenue/sales operations, or business operations at a B2B startup
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in spreadsheets
  • Experience building tools or processes that others rely on
  • Deep comfort with AI tools, and genuine excitement for using them to work faster and build leverage
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and a strong understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and best practices
  • Current or recent experience at a high-growth, Series A-C company is a plus
  • A bias for action and ownership; able to take an ambiguous problem and drive it to a result
  • Strong resilience in challenging, fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
  • Able to work onsite
