This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Strategy Advancement. The Strategy Advancement Advisor - Network Management provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address opportunities for cost savings, network optimization and business issues related to Value Based Care in Home Health. You will provide business intelligence and strategic planning support for Home Solutions and OneHome with a focus on Network Management in Home Health. You will work on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
As Strategy Advancement Advisor - Network Management, you will:
- Lead projects to analyze complex business problems such as excess cost related to Home Health use and contracting using internal and external sources.
- Bring expertise and identify subject matter experts to support multi-functional, matrixed efforts. These efforts aim to produce recommendations and plans to enhance and expand Value Based Programs. The focus is on the Home Health and Home Solutions space, based on company and external data analysis.
- Provide subject matter expertise on network and cost optimization opportunities to partners.
- Ensure that procedures align with corporate vision and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively in a matrixed environment supporting where needed even outside of current team alignment.
- Advise executives across segments and retail markets to develop functional strategies (often segment or market specific) on matters of significance.
You will make decisions on complex issues regarding job responsibilities and related tasks. You will analyze variable factors to determine the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Strong analytics background
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Experience navigating solution implementation to the retail market
- 3 or more years of experience managing and negotiating contracts
- 3 years' experience collaborating with Humana Retail Market teams
- Experience working with HEDIS or Stars measures and programs
- Six Sigma (LEAN or Green Belt) training

- We will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
