Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead supplier negotiations, contract management, strategic sourcing initiatives, ERP-driven procurement activities, purchasing analytics, and continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in driving cost savings, strengthening supplier partnerships, improving supply continuity, and leveraging ERP data to support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend categories.
  • Lead supplier contract negotiations, pricing agreements, terms and conditions, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Identify and implement cost savings, cost avoidance, and supplier rationalization opportunities.
  • Leverage ERP systems to analyze spend, monitor purchasing activity, improve data integrity, and support procurement decision-making.
  • Develop purchasing, supplier, and forecasting reports for leadership using ERP and analytical tools.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to support business objectives.
  • Drive procurement process improvements, standardization, and best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience negotiating supplier contracts, commercial agreements, and pricing strategies.
