The
Strategic Planning Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance strategic priorities across Treasury Management. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into executable programs, overseeing large-scale initiatives, and ensuring alignment across people, processes, and technology. The Strategic Planning Manager serves as a trusted partner to senior leaders, drives continuous improvement, and ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the execution of mid- to large-scale strategic programs, translating enterprise goals into actionable project roadmaps and deliverables.
- Own the full program lifecycle, managing resource allocation, timeline planning, requirements gathering, and delivery.
- Serve as a central liaison across cross-functional teams and senior leaders, driving alignment, facilitating decisions, and leading organizational change.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks across complex, fast-moving initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operating models, optimize workflows, and drive operational consistency.
- Prepare and present clear, visual updates, executive briefings, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, developing operational dashboards to track performance against strategic goals.
- Directly lead, mentor, and develop team members while collaborating with managers to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead post-implementation reviews and manage lessons learned to cultivate a culture of continuous operational enhancement.
- Ambiguity Resolution: Navigate complex, evolving environments with a strategic mindset, serving as a trusted advisor to key business partners.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Operations, or related field)
- 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or business transformation
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated environment strongly preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Compensation: This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110k-$170K annually/hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location
