Strategic Planner to help shape the path forward. This pivotal role will help architect Lee Health's multi-year strategic planning process, turning high-level priorities into actionable, measurable goals that drive meaningful impact for our patients, team members, and community.
As a
Strategic Planner, you'll leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic direction, collaborate with executives and service line leaders, and manage initiatives that align with our mission and growth objectives. You'll bring analytical rigor, business acumen, and strong project management skills to guide Lee Health through this transformational period of evolution and opportunity.
What You'll DoMarket Analysis Support Conduct foundational market assessments, identifying strategic opportunities and evaluating initiatives.
Assist Strategy Implementation Support development of actionable goals and identification of strategic initiatives in collaboration with business leaders. Oversee specific strategic initiatives, managing timelines and stakeholder coordination.
Performance Reporting Track progress on strategic initiatives, providing regular updates and adjustments as needed.
Foster Collaboration Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment with overarching objectives.
Maintain Strategic Planning Systems Ensure visibility, alignment, and effective tracking of progress toward organizational goals.
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or corporate development (healthcare preferred).
- Proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
