  • Identify, pursue and recruit new strategic partners to expand the company's reach and referral network
  • Create business plans, partner calendars, training initiatives and joint marketing campaigns that help partners successfully promote funding solutions
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned partners while providing product knowledge, resources and ongoing strategic support
  • Track partner performance, pipeline activity, sales metrics and revenue results to identify opportunities for continued growth
  • Represent the company at partner meetings, trainings, conferences and networking events with travel approximately one to two times per month

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in partnership sales, strategic partnerships, channel partnerships, partner management or business development
  • Demonstrated experience directly managing strategic or channel partners within an indirect sales model
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage clients, partners and senior business leaders
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, indirect sales strategies and revenue-generating partnership models
  • Experience using CRM and sales reporting platforms, with HubSpot experience beneficial

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonus opportunities tied to partner growth and business objectives
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match after six months of employment
  • 2 weeks of vacation with flexibility for additional preapproved time off
  • Bank-paid holidays plus a soft company closure between Christmas and New Year's
  • Company-paid business travel through a corporate card so employees are not required to cover expenses upfront
  • Shortened Fridays with the company closing at noon
