Job Description
The Strategic Organization and Talent Advisor, Expert provides strategic partnership to the executive and senior leadership team of an Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Market Facing Business (MFB) at Allstate. This role works closely with leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-impact talent initiatives that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively consult on broad business strategies to elevate and prioritize talent-driven initiatives
  • Provide evidence-based consulting on strategic talent initiatives including organization design, workforce planning, compensation, succession and development, engagement, team effectiveness, and workforce transitions
  • Build strong relationships across HR and business leadership to establish credibility and trust
  • Lead the delivery of talent strategies of moderate to high complexity aligned to business priorities
  • Ensure all initiatives are clearly tied to business outcomes and measurable value
  • Build and present business intelligence and insights using storytelling to influence executive decision-making
  • Leverage analytics and benchmarking (internal/external) to inform recommendations and solutions
  • Navigate effectively between AOR-specific priorities and enterprise-wide needs
  • Lead change management efforts tied to organizational transformation and talent implications
  • Influence and enable change to support business growth and talent priorities

  • Proven ability to operate independently in a consultative, executive-facing environment

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 100,000.00 - 150,000.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.

Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.
When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
