Full Job Description
Position Summary

ECS is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Support Manager - SME to support the Army National Guard's ENOCS program. In this role, the selected candidate will provide enterprise-level leadership and oversight for the ARNG G6 Strategic Initiatives Group, ensuring alignment with ARNG CIO/G6 priorities. The individual will be responsible for directing policy analysis, strategic planning, and governance coordination, while advising ARNG G6 leadership on IT strategy integration and investment oversight. This position plays a critical role in managing the production of strategic deliverables, ensuring they meet classification handling requirements and Army documentation standards, thereby contributing to the overall mission readiness and cybersecurity compliance of the ARNG.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Required Qualifications

  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 722-Information Systems Security Manager at the Advance proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): CISM. CISSP, CCISO
  • Education: Masters or PHD in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience leading enterprise IT and cybersecurity programs in DoD environments.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar IT portfolios and leading teams of 35+ personnel.
  • Extensive experience in IT modernization, defensive cyber operations, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, resource alignment, and risk management.
  • Strong background in coordinating with ARNG and National Guard Bureau stakeholders.
