Full Job Description
The role:

As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you'll work directly with the Head of Finance on everything from FP&A to automation to ad hoc strategic analysis.mThis is a high-ownership role from day one. You'll own work streams, systems, bring your own ideas, and build the infrastructure for how Coram's finance function operates.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
  • Automate month-end close workflows and recurring finance processes
  • Build lightweight agents that reduce manual work
  • Support strategic analysis across pricing, headcount, and growth
  • Own discrete projects and work streams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ops, and leadership


Skills and qualifications:
  • 2-4 years in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A
  • Quantitative degree - data science, math, economics, CS, or similar
  • Evidence of building tools that other people use: SQL, Python, automation tooling, or equivalent
  • Current or recent experience in strategic finance at a SaaS company, experience at a high-growth Series A-C company is a plus
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar finance stack is a plus
  • Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment
