Full Job Description
Leads the end-to-end delivery strategy for complex, high-priority hyperscaler programs within Nokia's IP Networking business. Acts as the senior interface to the enterprise Control Tower, aligning customer demand, commercial commitments, product priorities, and supply capabilities to ensure successful execution. Responsible for driving priorities, risk management, escalations, and executive decision-making, ensuring IP Networking commitments are delivered with urgency, visibility, and strong customer outcomes. Responsibilities • Lead hyperscale demand planning, customer commitments, and delivery execution to ensure alignment between customer expectations, commercial obligations, and operational capabilities. • Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations to manage supply readiness, constraints, and recovery plans. • Work closely with Sales and customer-facing teams to provide transparent communication on delivery commitments, risks, and timelines. • Drive forecasting, product transitions, and inventory optimization while supporting strategic customer growth. • Lead data-driven decision-making, balancing customer priorities, supply constraints, financial impact, and operational feasibility. • Serve as the primary IP Networking representative to the enterprise Control Tower. • Prepare executive decision packages, ensure accountability, and drive action closure. • Translate Control Tower decisions into actionable business plans and stakeholder communications. • Direct complex cross-functional hyperscaler delivery programs across Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations. • Maintain a single, trusted view of demand, supply, commitments, risks, and actions. • Improve forecast accuracy, delivery performance, customer commitment attainment, and operational efficiency. • Drive governance improvements, scalable planning processes, and cross-functional accountability. • Influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration without direct management authority. Qualifications You have: • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree/certification preferred. • 12-15+ years of experience in customer delivery, business operations, supply chain, program management, or related areas within a global technology environment. • Proven success leading strategic, high-visibility cross-functional programs, including hyperscale or key customer engagements. • Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain management, manufacturing, product transitions, and inventory risk. • Strategic and commercially minded leader with strong execution focus. • Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and effectively manages ambiguity. • Challenges assumptions, drives clarity, and balances customer and business priorities. • Demonstrates Director-level leadership, executive presence, and independent judgment. • Influences outcomes and drives organizational impact through collaboration rather than direct authority.
