Strategic Contracts and Partnerships, Director
The Opportunity:

Drive and build the framework to execute business to business partnerships with third-party industry partners across the business. Analyze, negotiate, and execute the full spectrum of deals with suppliers that will help Booz Allen accelerate its development of world-class capabilities and solutions. Develop relationships with key partners and vendors to develop mutually beneficial agreements in line with the direction of the business. Leverage experience with a broad variety of partnership agreement types and knowledge of the trends and key technologies to negotiate, execute, and assess business deals. Lead the contracting strategy on the development of emerging technology products and solutions, including the monetization of intellectual capital (IC). Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
  • 15+ years of experience with evaluating, negotiating, and executing agreements for products and solutions on a variety of partnerships and opportunities
  • Experience with the monetization of intellectual capital into new products, service offerings, and game-changing innovations for an organization
  • Experience of FAR and non-FAR based, such as Other Transactions, U.S. Government contracts for the development and sale of emerging technologies and products
  • Knowledge of market analysis, solution strategy, product marketing, partnering strategy, and contract channel development
  • Ability to identify trends, relative benefits and risks, and financial and IC implications of deals
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in negotiating terms with start-ups and venture capitalist funded companies
  • Experience with hyperscale cloud solution providers

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
