Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking candidates for a Strategic and Organizational Planning Analyst supporting a USG agency in Northern Virginia. The successful candidate will support a technical mission of a client component coordinating initiatives, facilitating meetings, developing technical tradecraft, maintaining documentation, tracking requirements and assisting with the enhancement of technical capabilities across the client enterprise.

This position is located in Chantilly.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Analyze and prioritize organizational efforts.
. Support resource allocation decision making on priority and emerging technical priorities.
. Create approaches and resources for evaluating performance with a strategic mindset.
. Guide and support goals and strategies to enhance business operations efficiency.
. Streamline documentation and interactions to support collaboration with stakeholders via in person discussions, emails and official reporting channels.
. Build and sustain strategic plans with senior leadership and stakeholders.
. Identify mission priorities, growth opportunities and conduct planning sessions.
. Evaluate organizational design and recommend structural enhancements aligned with strategic objectives.
. Identify organizational changes, process improvements and restructuring initiatives.
. Track progress, brief leadership and coordinate cross team alignment on strategic goals.
. Assess data, deliver actionable recommendations and maintain organizational documentation and metrics.
. Assist with overall strategic tradecraft development and documentation on focused areas such as tech as a target, tracking of requirements and documentation of the evolution of cyber AI capabilities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. A Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
. A bachelor's degree in a related field.
. Minimum three (3) years of related experience.
. Proficiency using IC specific databases.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage, influence and align diverse stakeholders.
. Experience managing programs from planning through execution.
. Demonstrated ability in establishing and sustaining productive relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $172,400.00.
