What You Will Do

Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for acquiring new strategic healthcare customers. This includes representing all business lines of JCI, developing strategies, and creating segmentation playbooks to drive additional revenue and profit within the Healthcare Vertical.

How you will do it

Take ownership of outcomes by persuasively, persistently, and confidently presenting JCI offerings to healthcare customers at the executive level, achieving profitable results. Manage the ongoing sales process, develop relationships, and anticipate client needs with a focus on a portfolio of high-value opportunities where JCI's role as a trusted partner is critical to client success.

Focus on what matters by building partnerships that drive decision-making processes aligned with JCI products and services. Actively listen, probe, and identify preferred outcomes for clients. Gain a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and clients' objectives to provide tailored solutions using JCI's toolkit and expertise.

Collaborate with local market teams to design business plans for new accounts, aligning JCI offerings with client initiatives for multi-site or complex opportunities. Execute these plans effectively with both locally and corporately based teams at JCI and client organizations.

Drive continuous improvement by addressing clients' operational and environmental objectives with recommended solutions, linking client goals to JCI's competitive advantage. Leverage internal technical and financial subject matter experts to customize offerings that meet specific client needs, ensuring differentiation from competitors.

Lead business development pursuits by fostering team relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Solicit support and communicate effectively with internal team members and business partners, ensuring a coordinated approach to client engagement and opportunity facilitation.

  • Familiarity with branch and local operational models.

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $129,000 - $202,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account secured volume, secured margin, and other sales metrics. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
