Strategic Account Manager - South-Central TerritoryOur Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Division is hiring a Strategic Account Manager for our South-Central territory! The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for representing Curtiss-Wright in their assigned territory that includes nuclear power plants, utility corporate offices and A&Es involved in nuclear power plant projects. The primary objective of this role is to develop relationships with customers that support their objectives of improving plant efficiency, reliability and long-term operation. The Strategic Account Manager will align the needs of the customer with Curtiss-Wright's extensive portfolio of nuclear plant products and services leading to the creation of new leads and opportunities.
Location: Remote within Nashville, Baton Rouge, Houston/Texas area.
Approx. 60% - 70% travel required.
Salary Information: $100,000 - $140,000 annually, plus bonus

Your Challenge:- Acts as the primary point of contact for Curtiss-Wright within the territory managing relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance, supply chain and other decision-makers.
- Works with Product Managers across multiple business units to develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring the maximization of account value through cross-selling, upselling and renewals.
- Focuses on customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Regularly assesses the client's evolving needs and provides solutions to address challenges.
- Requires three to four days per week of travel within the geographic territory.
What you Bring:- Ability to gain unescorted nuclear power plant access.
- Experience in business development or sales related to the power generation industry.
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of I&C systems, outage services and process equipment (e.g., valves, actuators, motors, HVAC, tensioning systems).
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Degree within an Engineering discipline preferred.
