Full Job Description
We9re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who sees every customer relationship as a growth opportunity - someone who can identify where Deliverable AI fits, where expansion is possible, and where Assembly can go deeper. You9ll own the commercial expansion motion across a portfolio of law firm accounts in your regional territory, working alongside a CSM who keeps clients happy so you can focus on growing the relationship. Your territory is your franchise. Own it.
What You9ll Do
b7 Manage a portfolio of existing law firm accounts, owning renewals, upsells, and expansion revenue
b7 Build multi-threaded relationships across your accounts - from paralegals to managing partners
b7 Run strategic business reviews that go beyond usage dashboards to deliver real insights and uncover growth opportunities
b7 Partner with Customer Success to keep accounts healthy and intervene early when risk appears
b7 Forecast accurately and keep Salesforce tight - leadership counts on your data to plan
What You Bring
b7 3+ years in B2B SaaS account management or sales with a track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets
b7 A strategic, relationship-driven approach - you think in terms of account plans, not just transactions
b7 Comfort navigating complex stakeholder maps and having commercial conversations at all levels
b7 CRM fluency and a data-informed mindset
b7 Bonus: experience working with law firms or in the legal tech space
