The Role: As
Strategic Account Lead, you will be the primary architect of our most critical customer relationships and help built US commercial playbook from the ground up. Managing a portfolio of Fortune 100 customers across Big Tech, Automotive, and Manufacturing, you will own the commercial lifecycle - from the first pitch through contract execution and ongoing account growth. This role has high degree of autonomy in commercializing our Physical AI capabilities.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities1. Strategic Advisor- Customer Relations Owner: Act as the primary point of contact for Fortune 100 stakeholders, ensuring customer delight through proactive engagement and technical alignment.
- Internal Advocacy: Marshal internal resources across departments, manage ambiguity, and ensure customer requests are prioritized and executed flawlessly. Act as a bridge between Silicon Valley innovation and our Munich-based engineering excellence.
- Growth Mindset: Identify opportunities to expand project scope, driving recurring revenue and deeper integration of Agile Robots solutions.
2. Commercial & Legal Strategy- Deal Structuring: Develop comprehensive commercial proposals, managing cost-driver analysis and schedule commitments.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, and Enterprise Agreements, partnering with internal and external legal counsel.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the full Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring timely commercial closures and payment follow-through.
3. High-Impact Business Development - Pitching Agile Robots Solutions: Engage new prospects to present Agile Robots solution offerings and value proposition.
- Onboarding: Drive new customer acquisition from initial outreach through legal and commercial negotiations, onboarding, and project kick-off.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Lead project management efforts alongside our global teams in Germany, China, India, and Vietnam.
Experience & Attributes- 5+ years in technical account management, commercial roles, or business development within High-Tech or Automation industries.
- Understanding of automation/robotics deployments and ability to translate technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Passion for the convergence of software (ML/Vision) and hardware.
- Ability to distill complex technical and operational data into compelling presentations for C-suite audiences.
- Hands-on experience with contracts, MSAs, SOWs, IP negotiations and cost-plus or fixed-fee pricing models.
- Technical background (Engineering preferred) with a 'business-first' mindset.
- Travel: ~25%.
