What You'll Do

  • Partner with engineering and product teams to scope, design, and deliver complex customer solutions.
  • Own and exceed a consumption-based revenue target, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze account metrics to uncover trends, surface insights, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Lead customer engagements including QBRs, executive briefings, and industry events-to showcase Fal's impact.
  • Track key developments across the AI and Generative Media landscape to inform customer strategy and product feedback.
