Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for managing client interactions and account maintenance inclusive of the following responsibilities:

  • Manage client book of business with emphasis placed on building and fostering relationships with client or broker contacts through quality service delivery

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis

  • Collaborate with co-workers and vendor contacts to assist with resolving client concerns or questions on a timely basis

  • Attend and coordinate onsite or webinar meetings with client, broker or PBM for prescreening, finalist meetings, market results, quarterly reviews, implementation meetings or ad-hoc

  • Escalate any client or broker issues with PBMs

  • Analyze plan performance on a quarterly basis and provide recommendations on benefit design edits or savings opportunities

  • Manage the implementation timeline with PBM to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule including member communications, eligibility, accumulator and other transition files

  • Oversee member communication process for new implementations or benefit changes including drafting, editing and mailing coordination with the PBM

  • Validate testing results of PBM benefit configuration to ensure accuracy

  • Review claims post go live for new implementations or benefit changes

  • Maintain internal documentation and systems for clients, meeting minutes, action logs, CRM and continuous organization of information contained within client folders

  • Ad-hoc assistance for various internal projects and process improvements

  • Manage RFP prescreening process to onboard new clients, coordinate RFP results meeting(s) and finalist meetings

  • Review quarterly newsletters/communications to client contacts

  • Attend prospect calls and present service overview

  • Minimal Travel

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $85,000 to $90,000 per year.  

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
