Responsibilities- Lead the daily operations of a high-performing repair center
- Coach and develop service advisors and technicians
- Build a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Develop future leaders
- Monitor operational performance and key business metrics
- Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
Qualifications- Prior automotive industry management or leadership experience required
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills
- Tekmetric experience preferred but not required
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Energetic, positive, and honest attitude
- Commitment to personal and professional development
