Qualifications:- Associate's (AA) degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. GED or High School Diploma required
- Two years supervisory experience prefer in a retail setting with proven sales experience and experience building customer relationships.
- Must be results driven, a strong team player and be able to maintain a high energy level even with challenging situations or customers.
- Proficiency in an inventory management system or retail sales program a plus along with strong computer skills.
- Basic understanding of Lean Principles
- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
- DUI in the previous 5 years; Hit & Run, License Suspension
- Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
