Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations to drive sales, profitability, and service excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and support associates across departments to ensure consistent execution and a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Store Directors and Department Managers to meet weekly financial and operational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through mentoring, training, and development initiatives.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, customer needs, and business demands with a strategic and flexible mindset.
  • Analyze and act on key performance metrics, including P&L, labor, and cost reports, to improve outcomes.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute both short- and long-term objectives.


Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with store-level financials, including sales, labor, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.


Physical requirements:

  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Able to lift, stack, and maneuver items up to 55 lbs.
  • Comfortable operating hand trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Physically prepared to step into various store roles as needed.


Educational requirements:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Prior experience as an Assistant Store Director is highly desirable.


Work schedule:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and early or late hours.

Pay Transparency:

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.
