What you'll do...Leadership & Team Development- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams through teaching, training, active listening, and regular store tours using the Tour to Teach methodology.
- Provide timely coaching and constructive feedback to associates and leaders.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with associates at all levels regarding store operations, merchandising, technology, business initiatives, and company direction.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
