SummaryHII-Mission Technologies is seeking an
Intelligence Specialist with advanced C5ISR expertise to support maritime operational planning and intelligence integration within a Maritime Operations Center (MOC). This role is ideal for an experienced intelligence professional capable of merging deep analytic skills with robust technical understanding of C5ISR systems, architectures, and ISR data integration.
The Intelligence Specialist will play a critical role in developing operational intelligence estimates, integrating multi-domain ISR data, and leveraging C5ISR capabilities to improve situational awareness and support fleet-level decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of intelligence tradecraft, maritime operational insight, and technical proficiency in ISR systems, networks, and data flows.

This requisition supports hiring at multiple experience levels. Final placement will be determined based on the selected applicant's qualifications, experience, and skill sets.What you will do- Develop operational intelligence assessments and estimates that incorporate C5ISR-derived data and sensor inputs.
- Leverage advanced C5ISR systems, architectures, and tools to optimize ISR collection, intelligence fusion, targeting support, and operational planning.
- Conduct multi-source analysis-including SIGINT, GEOINT, CYBER, and All-Source intelligence-to identify threats, operational opportunities, and intelligence gaps.
- Integrate intelligence findings into maritime operational planning, supporting mission analysis, COA development, and targeting processes.
- Coordinate with operators, planners, and ISR managers to synchronize C5ISR capabilities with mission priorities and fleet objectives.
- Provide technical insights on sensor performance, data flow, PED processes, and system limitations to inform operational planning.
- Support battle rhythm events, planning cells, and intelligence forums within the MOC.
- Produce and deliver comprehensive intelligence briefings and written products for senior leaders and operational decision-makers.
- Ensure compliance with intelligence doctrine, classification guidance, system security standards, and OPSEC requirements.

What we are looking forLevel 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
- Experience within a Maritime Operations Center, Fleet Staff, Joint Operations Center, or related maritime operational intelligence environment.
- Demonstrated experience in military or government intelligence analysis and operational planning.
- Strong technical knowledge of C5ISR systems, ISR sensor platforms, data transport, and intelligence fusion tools.
- Understanding of maritime operations, adversary capability development, and regional threat dynamics.
- Experience integrating C5ISR-derived information into intelligence products and operational plans.
- Ability to interpret complex multi-source intelligence and communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supporting fleet-level or joint operational planning efforts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and senior-leader briefing skills.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI.

- Ability to participate in and contribute to planning conferences, working groups, and site surveys.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, particularly in designing decision-forcing scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operators, planners, and training personnel.
- Experience supporting multi-domain or joint operations.
Physical RequirementsMay require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
