What You'll Do Day-To-DayThe Stearns Roger Services Product Line Manager will be responsible for:
- Safety of the business unit including all engineering and field operations employees,
- The profit and loss of the business unit including EBITDA, CGO, and Orders,
- the operations of the business unit including hiring, OPEX, quality, human and equipment performance,
- Project performance including successful implementation and customer satisfaction, and
- achieving Pulse, Compliance and Business Lever goals.
- Ensures effective performance on moderately complex to complex technical assignments.
- Plans and directs the timely execution of technical activities within assigned cost center(s).
- Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
- Develops and/or administers organization engineering standards and procedures for the group.
- Provides goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
- Ensures development and training of team members to optimize task results.
- Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
- Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
- Works on special projects, as directed.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 10 years related technical experience is required or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques and criteria.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates. Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills
Total Rewards Package- Salary: $133,000-$181,000and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
