Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day

The Stearns Roger Services Product Line Manager will be responsible for:
  • Safety of the business unit including all engineering and field operations employees,
  • The profit and loss of the business unit including EBITDA, CGO, and Orders,
  • the operations of the business unit including hiring, OPEX, quality, human and equipment performance,
  • Project performance including successful implementation and customer satisfaction, and
  • achieving Pulse, Compliance and Business Lever goals.
  • Ensures effective performance on moderately complex to complex technical assignments.
  • Plans and directs the timely execution of technical activities within assigned cost center(s).
  • Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
  • Develops and/or administers organization engineering standards and procedures for the group.
  • Provides goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
  • Ensures development and training of team members to optimize task results.
  • Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
  • Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
  • Works on special projects, as directed.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $133,000-$181,000and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
