Overview

Responsibilities

GLOTECH is searching for a Mid-Level Statistician to work in a collaborative team environment on a contract with the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) located in Bethesda, MD.  The candidate should possess the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, have the flexibility of working both collaboratively and independently. This position is contingent upon contract award.  The estimate salary range for this position is upper $90K to low $100K.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

The successful candidate will perform the below responsibilities:

 

  • Provide statistical support
  • Study/Survey design
  • Sample selection, sample size and power calculation
  • Analysis plan construction and execution
  • Statistical programming and database management
  • Present analysis results to client
Qualifications
  • Masters in Statistics, Biostatistics or Bioinformatics or related field
  • Two years or more of experience
  • Proficient programming skills in R and SAS
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge in statistical theory
  • Experience in health studies
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government level security clearance.
