What You'll Bring / Technical Expertise

Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and parametric systems (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, wafer probers, parametric ATE, and bench systems).
Experience using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems such as Advantest and Teradyne.
Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and Unix/Linux, for automation and analysis.
Proven ability to scale characterization methods into production flows.
Creative problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of high-speed interface protocols, like:

The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
